Well, I submitted a bug about my usb burner not being detected, and got a reply. From Alan Cox. It's a known issue with the kernel, which Linux has already fixed, and will hopefully soon be backported to FC2. To hell with anyone who says that RedHat isn't actively involved in Fedora development. My confidence is (partly) restored in the Fedora team.
